Multi-functional Centre, De Rozenburcht
The De Rozenburcht multi-functional centre forms the new entrance to the village of Rozenburg. The building has several sports and social facilities, namely: a six-lane swimming pool, a sports hall, a multi-purpose hall and a catering facility, with additional space for meetings.
The building was developed by: Bouwbedrijf De Vries and Verburg, according to the design of: Koen van Velsen architects, and was commissioned by: the Municipality of Rotterdam.
Protec Industrial Doors has supplied two double revolving doors, which are explosion-proof in compliance with the European standards: EN 13123 and EN 13124. In addition, the project’s revolving doors were adapted to the architect’s design for the facade. The revolving doors fold away, and thus contribute to the appearance of the façade.
